Installation of wood plastic composite plank
1. Installation of sub structure(keel)
Install the sub structural profiles parallel towards the slope of the concrete subfloor at a distance of 300 mm in between (center to center). The gap between each pairs of opposite profiles must be at least 10 mm. The subfloor should be hard, flat surface with appropriate gradient for water flow off.
2. Installation of Decking plank floor
a. The decking plank profile is always placed perpendicular to the sub-structure and it is tightened by plastic clips from its both sides.
b. The next deck must be placed beside the first one and pressed untill its down edge enters under the plastic clip. The procedure must repeats for each next deck. The gap between he ends of two adjacent planks must be at least 6 mm, in order to compensate the linear shrinkage.
c. The distance between the end of the sub-structure (keel) and the end of the deck must not exceed 20mm.
