On the basis of analysis of the application status of domestic and foreign construction template, give full play to the advantages of wood-plastic composite materials, environmental protection, inexpensive, new wood-plastic construction template, and using a combination of experiment and numerical simulation of wood-plastic template The physical and mechanical properties of the system, provides a useful basis for the promotion of new wood-plastic construction template, main contents and results are as follows:

(1) in accordance with the specification, three wood-plastic construction template for PE, PP and PVC the sheet physical performance test, including the sheet moisture content, tensile strength, flexural strength, elastic modulus, and wood-plastic solid core board according to the experimental data.
